Petit's Auto Wash

Some light hardened substance on wheels and splattered up my car, passenger side worse than driver side. Twice in 2 weeks this has happened. Was told they would send me through again on my next wash. It was hard to wash off once I got home and seen it, then figured out it has to be from car wash, not road debris as I was told by rep, I live close by the car wash.

Just had my vehicle washed 3/25/26. You can't reach anyone?! Machine wouldn't let me choose the wash I wanted and automatically charged me $16. The wash wasnt even worth of $16!!! Also, my receipt is sketchy saying the charge amount is $12.00 and Cash $4.00, what is that shaddy BS?! I won't be going back!!!! I'll be reporting them to the BBB and anywhere else I'm able.

I was there at the end of December, and did the touchless car wash. The sign did not indicate my car needed to back up, and as it started, the brush hit the front of my car and there’s a ding. I called and spoke with someone who said they would check the camera and get back to me, but they never did. 2.5 months later is more than enough time. Safe to say it’s a good idea to avoid this place. I had a bad feeling as I drove up, and then was validated when this happened, and then to add to it, the dryer countdown screen didn’t work.

I always select the most expensive deal and it doesn't seem like I get all of the applications on the list. There used to be more passes with the automatic wands and more soap. The hot wax seemed like a separate process. Now just one soapy pass and one rinse. Maybe they are all combined but doesn't really seem worth the money anymore.

Paid $16 today December 14th for the best wash, drove in it sprayed water on my car and told me to exit, didn’t even soap wash or dry, and they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message, I’m highly upset with the rip off.
